Shipping Methods

For shipping, I use "Mail Boxes Etc." Depending on the destination, we can choose the fastest courier from: TNT Express, BRT, UPS, and DHL.

Don Sonal Art is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged goods once they have been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your TRACKING NUMBER and the courier's contact information.

For more efficient delivery, I recommend including your phone number during checkout.

Each artwork is custom-packaged with polystyrene and double-corrugated cardboard.

Damage

If the artwork you receive is defective, please contact me as soon as possible, attaching photographs showing the damaged parts.

Please carefully inspect the package for any damage upon delivery, and I recommend signing the delivery note with the wording "with reservation," specifying the details and extent of the damage found on the packaging.
